Planning, observation, evaualtion and record keeping are carried out by the playgroup staff and each child will be allocated a Key Worker. Observations and record keeping enable the staff to plan activities, in line with the Pre-school Curriculum, that support learning and meet the individual needs of the children
All staff provide a carefully planned and structured learning environment, in line with Department of Education guidelines.
